Quiet Voices

I was told to sit and listen to the quiet voices to find out how I feel today.  Listen to their whispers or screams to know what I need.

However my kids had a different idea.  There was no sitting quietly today.  The only voices I heard where the whispers and screams of some crazy kids.  I guess there is always tomorrow for quiet reflection.

    you are so creative –

    • Thanks 🙂 This one took so much out of me! I was so drained after keeping the kids alive all day, lol. I laughed out loud when I read the part of the email saying to sit quietly. I had a 2 year old on my back and a 4 year old trying to get me to let him watch cartoons. The best part of this was while I getting ready to take this picture the kids didn’t even flinch at what I was doing (I guess, mom tying ornaments and ribbon into her knotty hair is pretty normal around here).

  2. I know! Quiet reflection? What is that?

    (I’ve got a 2 and 5 yr old.)
